Job Description: Identifying and developing new project leads in corporate sector. Preparing techno-commercial proposals for the potential clients. Screening, assessing and analyzing documents to understand scope of work, contractual requirements, preparing pre-bid queries & clarifying the same during pre-bid meetings and site visits. Roles and responsibilities matrix preparation and bid fee estimation for each consortium member. Handling end to end process for selection of sub-consultants from issuing of ToR to inviting project details & price quotation till finalization. Resource identification specific to project requirement. Qualitative assessment of possible competition pattern and analyzing their respective financial quotes. Follow-up with clients on submitted proposals status/ way forward, issuing of award letters/ performance/ completion certificates and identifying new opportunities.
