Job Description
We are hiring Telecom Technical Manager/ Project Lead Exp: 8+ years Job Description: The prime responsibilities of a Technical Lead/Manager include the following: • Providing technical leadership to the development team, providing inputs on architecture, design and algorithm • Making sure that the best development practices are followed • Provide inputs to testing team, review test plans and make sure that the used test procedure is effective and all possible scenarios are covered • Performing code reviews to ensure quality deliverable • Provide technical and resource estimates for new work items • Creating delivery plan, WBS, assign to the team and get it done • Follow srum rituals and coordinate with customer end • Management of delivery milestones and getting delivery acceptance from customer • Participate in new project discussion, PoC and Presales activities • Perform Risk assessments, manage and mitigate project risks. • Manage escalations externally as well as internally. • Provide regular status reports to customer and senior management Mandatory Technical Skills & Experience: • BE/B.Tech in computer science/electronics with extensive development experience in C/C++/Linux and lead level experience in 3G/LTE/LTE-IMS on RAN/CN domains , SIP , Rich Communication Services • Good understanding of 3G/LTE stack, RRM, RRC, RLC, MAC, NAS procedures, S1AP, MME • Hands on with 3GPP Specification and Motivate to work in 5G Development • Knowledge of CloudRAN , 5G topology • Experience in resolving critical and complex customer issues • Experience in integrating small cell radio stacks on Intel/Octassic/Qualcomm and other platforms • Good knowledge of Continous Integration and automation tools and frameworks • Knowledge of python and robot framework is a plus Leadership: • Team engagement and motivation • Managing employee and customer expectations • Develop team skills, knowledge and capabilities as required. • Work with clients and engagement teams to anticipate project risks, resolve issues, consistently meet deadlines and achieve 100% client satisfaction Cultural fitment: • Multi-task oriented with desire to work in a fast paced environment. • Self-starter, proactive, persistent, analytical thinker. • Adaptive to organizational changes. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills.
