Job Description: Sales/ Business Development Executive : (Mumbai / Pune) SE/BDE would be responsible for creating awareness about company in local market and generating revenue by selling enterprise solutions, cloud services. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below: Generate leads through various resources such as cold-calling. Meeting potential customers for new business Developing, Managing and growing new and existing client relationships. Providing customers / Clients with quotations/ presentation/ business proposals as required. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales. Devising new and innovative business development plans and strategies achieving enterprise business targets. Gathering market and customer information that of CXOs, CTO levels. Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations. Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions. Liaising with technical/development team to check on the progress of existing orders. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Reviewing your own sales performance, against targets as you gain experience. Skills : The ability and desire to sell enterprise solutions to the SME,Mid level industries. Minimum 1+ years of experience. Freshers with go to do attitude and strong technical background can apply. Excellent communication skills and Excellent convincing skills Strong commercial awareness in national market. A confident and determined approach resilience and the ability to cope with rejection. A high degree of self motivation and drive. Should have good selling attitude, result oriented & able to work independently . and in teams with Cross functional coordination as well. The capacity to flourish in a competitive environment. IMMEDIATE JOINERS will be preferred.
