ob Description We are in pursuit of smart, talented and assertive Sales Specialist for our Network practice who can help to take our growing business to next level. his opportunity provides you exposure to a vibrant business environment Roles and Responsibilities:- Handle and own customers to drive the network business through enterprise and commercial accounts. Own end to end sales cycle and drive business development activities for the region including deal negotiations and closure with the customers. Understand customers IT requirement to cater entire range of Network Solutions. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product stack and be able to position our solution versus our competitors. Work closely with Practice Team to propose optimum solution to the customers. Co-ordinate with presales/ delivery partner for smooth execution & completion. Customer escalation management and drive to achieve better CSAT score. Generate leads, Cold calling to prospective customers Conceptualizing solution as per customer’s requirement Costing & offer drafting, Reviewing case-wise statutory taxes & duties applicable Pre-sales activities & Frontend Negotiations with the customer Relationship building to ensure customer satisfaction & repeat business Post-sales activities & Service Management Core Competencies:- Ability to understand customer functional and technical constraints as well as expectations from future. Strong customer orientation & relationship handling at various level (IT/ Procurements/ CXOs). Ability to create new opportunity or identify business challenges in customer environment. Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
